The burner sleeve (burner protection tube) is integrally formed from Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (SiSiC/RBSiC). It is matched with gas burners of industrial kilns and installed at openings on kiln walls to cover the outside of burner nozzles.
It shields metal burner housings from thermal radiation generated by flames and high-temperature flue gas, protecting burners against high-temperature burnout and dust erosion. Meanwhile, it regularizes flame shape and stabilizes combustion conditions inside the furnace. Widely applied to roller kilns, tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, lithium material kilns, magnetic material sintering furnaces and various other gas-fired industrial furnaces.
