This series of radiant tubes are manufactured from Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSiC / SiSiC) high-temperature ceramics, specially developed for indirect gas heating in atmosphere kilns.The standard complete three-piece assembly consists of Flame Inner Tube (Combustion Guide Tube) + Outer Radiant Tube + Cross Support Spider. It is widely applicable to continuous and batch-type industrial heat treatment kilns.
Fuel burns hermetically inside the tube assembly, separating flue gas completely from workpieces inside the furnace. Leveraging silicon carbide’s outstanding thermal conductivity, heat is transferred outward via thermal radiation, effectively preventing oxidation, carburization and surface contamination of products. It serves as an ideal heating component for clean heat treatment, powder sintering and ceramic firing.

✅ Flame Inner Tube (Ribbed Guide Tube)Restrains flame propagation and disperses high-temperature flame core, avoiding local overheating and cracking of the outer tube caused by direct flame impingement. The segmented structure enables flexible splicing to match various furnace lengths and ensures stable and balanced combustion.
✅ Outer Radiant Tube (Two Options Available)▫️Smooth Straight Tube: Versatile and cost-effective, suitable for conventional temperature working conditions.▫️Enhanced Radiant Tube with Surface Bulges: External spherical bulges expand the heat radiation area, delivering higher thermal efficiency and superior temperature uniformity inside furnaces with remarkable energy-saving performance.
✅ Cross Support SpiderInstalled at the front end of the flame inner tube against the inner wall of the outer radiant tube. It maintains concentricity between inner and outer tubes to secure uniform clearance for flue gas recirculation. Meanwhile, it diverts and stabilizes flame shape to prevent flame deflection, as well as friction and collision between tubes, extending the service life of the whole radiant tube set.
Assembly Principle: Fit the cross support spider onto the tip of flame inner tube, then insert the inner tube assembly into the outer radiant tube. Flue gas recirculates and exchanges heat through the annular gap between the two tubes. Matched with self-recuperative burners to form a full heating unit.
