Major Upgrade | Our Homogeneous NSiC Props Are Officially Mass-Produced & Launched!

Committed to optimizing high-temperature kiln refractory solutions, our company has achieved a significant technical upgrade. Our self-developed homogeneous NSiC props, perfectly matched with NSiC shelf boards, are now fully mass-produced and officially put into practical use. This upgrade completes our full-suite kiln furniture system, delivering integrated, high-reliability solutions for global industrial clients.

Traditionally, NSiC shelf boards are matched withmullite props for kiln operation. The two materials feature distinct differences in thermal expansion coefficient, high-temperature stability, thermal shock and corrosion resistance. Under long-term high-temperature circulation and repeated heating & cooling, asynchronous deformation is inevitable.

Such material mismatch easily causes unbalanced stress, prop loosening & deformation, surface oxidation, and shelf board cracking or dislocation. It results in frequent kiln furniture damage, higher replacement and maintenance costs, and unstable firing conditions, which negatively impacts product quality and production efficiency.

Our new NSiC props adopt identical raw materials, formulas and production techniques as NSiC shelf boards, completely eliminating mismatch risks. Boasting excellent high-temperature resistance up to 1450°C, the props deliver outstanding thermal conductivity, flexural strength, wear resistance, acid-base corrosion resistance and thermal shock stability. They resist high-temperature deformation, slag shedding and oxidation, ideal for tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns and diverse industrial kiln scenarios.

The full homogeneous structure ensures synchronous thermal expansion and contraction between NSiC props and shelf boards, realizing uniform force bearing. It effectively prevents cracking and structural damage, greatly prolonging the service life of the entire kiln furniture set. With precise standardized dimensions, the props fit seamlessly with all NSiC shelf board series, enabling easy and fast installation while lowering long-term operational costs.

From single shelf boards to complete homogeneous kiln furniture sets, we have realized a key product system upgrade.
