Two mainstream structural styles
1, Heavy-duty assembled frame: Consists of RSiC columns, main beams, cross beams, hanging beams, end caps and base supports, paired with matching RSiC setter plates. Features ultra-stable structure and outstanding long-term durability.
2, Compact stacked type: Simple layer-by-layer assembly with small square RSiC posts + RSiC setters, smaller loading capacity, specially for small-size advanced ceramic blanks.
Core Application Scope (Working temp up to 1650℃ & above)
Designed for ultra-high-temperature firing of industrial advanced ceramics: filter ceramic, foam ceramic, honeycomb ceramic, refractory brick, alumina & zirconia ceramics, magnetic components, high-temperature membrane, fiber materials, ITO sputtering targets and semiconductor ceramic parts as shown on the photo.
Important Professional Tips
1, RSiC bears higher production cost and is only cost-effective above 1500℃ ultra-high temperature environment.
2, Do NOT mix use with SiSiC / NSiC / cordierite mullite kiln furniture. At medium & regular high temperature below 1500℃, affordable SiSiC & NSiC perform better than RSiC.
3, RSiC is nearly irreplaceable and uniquely dominant for all sintering processes over 1500℃ where alternative refractory materials barely exist.
